Staying Anchored in a Drifting World

Dr. Cynthia Guy is an author, inspirational Speaker, and an on-line adjunct instructor at Amridge University in Montgomery, Alabama. She earned an M.A. in New Testament Greek from Heritage Christian University, an M.A. in New Testament Studies at Freed-Hardeman University, a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Trinity Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Amridge University.

She has written three ladies’ class books, What About the Women? in 2005; Struggle. Seek. Grow in 2011; Journey to a Better Place: A Woman’s Guided Study of Hebrews in 2017 and coauthored Sweet Truths: Divine Treats Surpassing Chocolate. (2013).

She is married to Steven Guy, minister of the Myrtle Beach Church of Christ in Myrtle Beach, SC. They have served the Lord in California, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and South Carolina. The Guys have four grown sons, and six precious grandchildren.

Cynthia enjoys writing and teaching ladies in classes, retreats, and seminars. Her goal is to help women better understand God’s word and how to apply it to their lives.
