Things You Cannot Do And Please God

1. You CANNOT live wrong and die right.
"For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad." 2 Corinthians 5:10.
2. You CANNOT do Satan's work and be rewarded by God.
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23.
3. You CANNOT sow the flesh and reap spiritual things.
"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting." Galatians 6:7-8.
4. You CANNOT fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness and maintain a fellowship with God.
"And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them." Ephesians 5:11.
5. You CANNOT be a friend of the world and be a friend of God at the same time.
"...know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God." James 4:4.
6. You CANNOT think wrong and live right.
"And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: All these evil things come from within, and defile the man." Mark 7:20-23.
Dear reader, in order to PLEASE GOD you must read, study, believe, obey, and live by God's word, the Bible, because Jesus is "the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;" Hebrews 5:9.
